We provide all of our clients with two reports, designed to be easy to follow with detailed pictures.

• The summary report contains only defects found during the inspection. Designed to be shared with
the your Real Estate Agent and Lawyer.

• The full report contains a review of the following categories; Site, Exterior, Ground, Roofing, Structure, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Interior. Along with additional categories custom to the property.
